·The consumer must notify the DC of being retrenched or of imminent retrenchment. ·The DC must request written proof of the consumer's retrenchment to be received from the Employer. ·The DC must issue a written notification to the consumer listing the legal process that will follow. ·The consumer must sign and acknowledge receipt of the notification.
·17.3 B: oThe DC must issue the 17.3 with option A : "Employment Status" to all creditors with a copy of the employer's retrenchment notification. oA 3 month grace period should be given by creditors in order to allow the consumer to secure new work. oThe DC must deactivate/stop the payment plan at Hyphen PDA for the duration of the grace period. oThe DC should assist/advise consumer to activate any 3rd party insurance that may be applicable. oCreditors should activate insurance if applicable. oThe DC must update the NCR DebtHelp system.
·New work secured: oConsumer must immediately notify DC when new work has been secured and forward relevant documentation, i.e. employment contract, payslip, oUpdate consumer details on Simplicity, new employment details oRe-assess consumer's affordability, Income, Deductions oRework proposal if required oNotify creditors and provide reworked information
·If No Order Granted yet: oIf required re-negotiate with creditors.
·If Order Granted: oIf the affordability is less due to a lower income then the Order will have to be rescinded and a new application instituted. oDC must obtain and issue the consumer with a new Hyphen PDA Debit Order Mandate. oThe DC must activate the consumer's Hyphen PDA payment plan. oThe DC must update the NCR DebtHelp system. oThe DC must then proceed as prescribed by the NCA.
·If No work secured: oThe DC must send the consumer a notification that termination of Debt Review is forthcoming. oThe consumer must be given 10 days to respond and to rectify their payment behaviour (use the process above), etc.
·17W B: oThe DC must issue and provide all creditors with a 17.W (Option B) : "Withdrawal due to non-cooperation by consumer". oThe DC must update the NCR DebtHelp system. oThe DC must terminate the consumer at Hyphen PDA. |

In order to terminate a client you must change the clients status on the Client form > Case > Status and make the status "Terminated" |

To activate a terminated client the user must make sure that the clients local status is accepted and then call Hyphen to make the client inactive and then upload the client again. |
|
When you activate the client phases on master data > company parameters > options > Use Client Phases the "promote" button will not be displayed anymore. In order to promote or demote a client's tasks linked to client or lead phases will need to be completed or cancelled. |

If you do not want Hyphen to debit a plan for a certain period, you can mark the plan unpaid and approve and upload the plan, but make sure that the plan has not yet been processed at Hyphen. The best time to mark the plan unpaid is two days before the strike of the plan. See how to mark plan Unpaid |

A re-strike can be added by clicking on the re-strike control

For specific periods you can click on the applicable date you want to change, provided the date has not yet passed. For all periods you must change the client's action day on the Financials. |

The periods have already passed, to fix this the date can be changed of the past period if it can be changed. Or the periods have been overwritten, to fix this the override can be removed. |

You insert a re-strike to allow the debit order to go off again. |

You did not run a Hyphen download yet, so no payment feedback has been provided by Hyphen yet. |

The original balance was reduced, to fix this insert the original balance. A balance change smaller than the actual current balance was inserted, to fix this edit the balance chance if it's incorrect or remove the balance change. |

There are priority payments they where (disabled with pda payment enabled) Linked insurance are paid first. It was overwritten to allow certain creditors to receive payments first. |

You can change the obligations status to paid up. It's advisable to make the creditor inactive after payments have been made to the creditor. |

The reason the proposal is not solving, is because the term is to short to solve. You can override the following options, but the proposal will no longer be a Task Team Rule Set proposal. Override the following to get a solve:

Make sure you get the correct balance from the creditor (updated COB). Insert the balance on the credit provider save the changes and go to the payment plan. Insert the figure to pay the creditor. Insert a higher amount than the outstanding balance, the program will display the highest amount available. Make sure the plan collection is high enough to support the instalment you wish to insert. |

The interim period is long due to the fees, reducing the fees and/or increasing the client's affordability will reduce this. Note that inserting a fee adjustment will not affect the proposal and thus the interim period. |

This is a message from the Task Team Rule Set system telling you that the proposal does not solve on Task Team Rule Set. You can increase the affordability and or ensure all relevant obligation detail are filled in correctly. |

The affordability is too small. The obligation details are incorrect. |
|
The fees are too large, or the insurance is taking the most of the affordability making the fees amount smaller making the fees paying of longer and prolonging the payments. A suggestion to fix this is to insert legal fee loan if the legal fees are too much this will reduce the payments. |

It doesn't affect the proposal just the plan. |

Make sure that your logo and signature is inserted into the "Update company information" in the "Report Graphics tab" and your email address into the "Contact Details" tab. |

In order to print a form 17.W the user must make the client terminated and give a reason for the termination, either a voluntary withdrawn or a custom reason. Then go to Creditor Reports > From 17.W and print the report. |

To print a Form 19 the clients date court order granted must be completed before the form 19 can be printed. Then go to Reports > Form 19. |

In order to change the status of the client you must go to the client form > case > status and change the status to rejected. |

To fix this you must go to the clients obligations and remove the date on the last tab. |

To Change the date on the form 17.1 you can open the client form click on the obligations tab and change the obligation you want to print the Form 17.1 for and go to the "Note and Report dates Tab" and change the date for the Form17.1. Note And Report Dates |

Highlight the unpaid period then click on the (mark as unpaid)
After you blocked the periods you can verify with Hyphen that the period is blocked so that if client pays in again the money will be distributed to the future plan. |

You re-upload an exciting plan or inserted a re-strike and upload the plan. If the previous plan is not unpaid, you must mark the plan unpaid and enter a re-strike. |

You upload a client that's inactive to Hyphen you have to change the local status to accepted and upload again. |

Using Wi-Fi can cause unstable network and reduce speed. High network traffic can cause the network to be slow. The computer or server is working at full capacity, due to inefficient computer resources, you can upgrade the computer this will solve the problem |
