Date Capture: -Changed date capture function for applicant and spouse birth date. -When manually capturing the date when the short capture option is used for capturing the date the determination of the century have been modified to make it simpler.
-Added feature to create proof of send for DREX web service communications.

Third Party Insurance (SandBox): -Added an Enable Third Party Insurance tick box on the Sandbox. This will insert all third party insurance amounts.
