·Fee Type:

oDisplays the type of fee the user is editing.

·Credit Provider:

oAllows the user to insert the creditor to which the Legal Fee Loan payments will be made.

·Amount (Excluding VAT):

oAllows the user to insert a fee amount excluding the VAT figure, is automatically inserted if the "Amount (Including VAT)" is inserted.

·Use Default amount:

oThis check box allows the user to specify whether or not the default fee amount must be used, this includes the Legal Fee Loan Instalment, the default amount is determined by using the proposed legal fee balance carried forward on period 2, the instalment is determined by dividing the default amount by 4 to a maximum of half the client's affordability.

·Amount (Including VAT):

oAllows the user to insert a fee amount including the VAT figure, is automatically inserted if the "Amount (Excluding VAT)" is inserted.

·Calculate Period 3 Balance:

oAllows the user to insert an automatically calculated Legal Fee Loan amount, the amount is determined by using the proposed legal fee balance carried forward on period 2.

·Legal fee Loan Instalment:

oAllows the user to insert the instalment to be allocated to the legal fee loan each month.

·Legal Fee Loan Reference:

oAllows the user to insert a reference number for the legal fee loan, the default reference is the client's ID number.

·Legal Fee Amount (Incl VAT):

oDisplays the projected initial legal fee amount after the legal fee loan has been added.

·Legal Fee Loan Amount (Incl VAT):

oDisplays the legal fee loan amount.

·Total Legal Fees:

oDisplays the total legal fee amount including the legal fee loan.

·Note:

oAllows the user to insert a note for the Legal Fee Loan record.
