The information on the form 16 can be updated on the form 16 editor. |

To print a report, click on the Printer control on a relevant window. - see "Print a Report" |

Insert the following at the relevant windows: - Logo and/or signature are inserted on the "Report Graphics". - Email address is inserted on the "General" tab. - If the client is linked to a DC/Consultant that has an NCR number, then the signature and email must be inserted on the DC/Consultants window. |

In order to print a form 17.W do the following: - make the client terminated, select "Withdrawn" and select a withdrawn reason. - Go to Creditor Reports > From 17.W and print the report. see "Form 17.W" |

In order to print the clearance certificate/Form 19 do the following: - Insert a "Date Court Order Granted" value if applicable - Mark all the client's obligations as "Paid Up" and close the client window - Go to Client Browse > Reports > Form 19(Clearance Certificate) |

Go to the client Info form > Case > and change the status to rejected. |

To fix this you must go to the clients obligations and remove the date on the last tab. |
