Highlight the unpaid period then click on the (mark as unpaid) control – this brings up a window that reads ‘“Block period on plan at Hyphen” Select the option. The unpaid icon will be replaced by a blue x icon. Upload the plan to block the period at Hyphen. This will put a block on the period so Hyphen can distribute monies to the next available plan in future.

After you blocked the periods you can verify with Hyphen that the period is blocked so that if client pays in again the money will be distributed to the future plan.

You re-upload an exciting plan or inserted a re-strike and upload the plan.

- Simply re-upload an exciting plan or insert a re-strike, check that the distributions are correct and upload the plan.

Make sure the Local status of the client is not terminated (change the client's status to "Accepted"), and upload the client again.
