Proposed Payment Plan

oThis browse allows the user to view the proposed payment plan for the selected obligation the proposal instance can also be edited. (This can be viewed for a specific proposal instance if a new proposal has been added on this client).
oThis browse will also allow the user to view the collections of the plan if the client is on the new PDA fees.
oThe proposal will also look exactly like the clients payment plan and will no longer differ from each other.
oProposed terms, amount and interest rate for specific months can be overridden by the user but this is only available on request contact Bitech Systems for More Information.

The following can be found on the proposed payment plan:

·Add/Change/Delete (Applicable only for "Creditor Acceptance" proposal): ·This will allow a user to insert/edit/remove a period on the proposed plan.
·Proposal Instance: ·Allows the user to view/mange a specific proposal instance (Initial, Revised etc).
·Copy Proposal to Creditor Acceptance: oThis allows the user to copy the selected Proposal type over to the Credtor Acceptance Proposal
·Proposal Type: oThis allows the user to access a specific proposal type, the following proposal types are available: §Cascading Proposal - This displays the cascaded proposed plan for the selected creditor §Straight Line Proposal - This displays the proposed plan for the selected creditor without cascaded payment §Creditor Acceptance - This will contain the proposal that was previously copied by a user. (See "Copy Proposal to Creditor Acceptance") ·If the period is set to "0", the instalment will be used until the account is settled on the NCT Draft Consent Order. §This proposal can be edited by the user in order to make minor adjustemts for the NCT reports and other legal reports. ·e.g. The final period can be removed for the NCT report. ·Changes made to this proposal will not affect the client's proposal and therefore any proposal reports.
oThis column will display the period the instalment will start.
oThis column will display the amount of periods it will take to pay of the instalment.
oThis allows the user to view a summary of the collections of the payment plan. oThe collections can also be edited and will automatically be over-ridden on the payment plan. |
