Email Outgoing

oThe Outgoing Emails CRM type is used when creating a CRM record to generate an email to be sent to a client or creditor, attachments can also accompany the outgoing email.

o In addition to the email itself, the user can also add notes and documents/files to the CRM record, the record can also be assigned to a specific user.

oTemplates can also be used if available in order to expedite the CRM record capturing process.

oUpon saving the CRM record, the email contained in the record will be sent if the "More Action Required" check-box is not checked.

oThe user must insert email server settings and Master Data, Email Settings.
