·This browse allows the user to view and manage all tasks for all clients.

·A client's file, obligations and payment plan for the associated task can also be accessed from this window.

·This browse allows the user to assign existing tasks to specific users

·This browse allows users to view and manage all tasks assigned to themselves

·This browse makes it easy for a user to view and manage all existing tasks by a specific criteria such as open, completed, overdue and future tasks.

Minus18The following Features can be found on the Task List Browse:

· Minus18Open Tasks:

oThis tab allows the user to view, manage and maintain all open tasks (Tasks for which the "Start Date" has past) for the clients.

 

· Minus18Overdue Tasks:

oThis tab allows the user to view, manage and maintain all overdue tasks (Tasks for which the "Due Date" has past) for the clients.

 

· Minus18Future Tasks:

oThis tab allows the user to view, manage and maintain all future tasks for the clients.

 

· Minus18Completed Tasks:

oThis tab allows the user to view, manage and maintain all completed tasks for the clients.

 

· Minus18All Tasks:

oThis tab allows the user to view, manage and maintain all the tasks for the clients.

oThis control allows the user to manually complete the selected task for the client.

oThis control allows the user to view the selected client's payment plan.

oThis control allows the user to open a window to view all the obligations of the client.

 

SendEmail Minus18Email:

oThis control allows the user to send an email using the default email, the clients email will automatically be inserted (If an email address was inserted for the client on the client info window).

oThis control allows the user to assign any open and un-assigned tasks to other users.

Minus18The following Features can be found on the assign open tasks browse:

·Tasks:

oThis tab allows the user to view all tasks.

 

·Per Consultant:

oThis tab allows the user to filter the tasks according to tasks for clients that are linked to a specific consultant.

 

·Per Branch:

oThis tab allows the user to filter the tasks according to tasks for clients that are linked to a specific Branch.

 

·Date:

oWill filter all the tasks by displaying all tasks not yet completed by the inserted date.

 

·Assign Task:

oAllows the user to assign a specific number of un-assigned tasks to the highlighted user/group.

 

FilterTaskFilter Task Lists:

oThis control allows the user to filter the task list according to "All Clients", "Inactive Clients" and "Leads".

 

User Filter:

oThis filter allows the user to filter the tasks according to which tasks are assigned to which user.

 

oAll Users: This displays a list of tasks for all the users.

oCurrent User: This displays a list of tasks for the Current user.

oSelected User: This displays a list of tasks for a specific selected user.

 

Task Filter:

oThis filter allows the user to filter the tasks according to all tasks or a selected master task.

oActive Client: This displays all the active clients.

oAll Tasks: This displays all the tasks for all the clients.

oSelected master task: This displays a list of tasks linked to the selected master task.

oThis browse allows the user to maintain and manage the tasks for the associated client.

Minus18The following Features can be found on the Client Task List Browse:

· CompletedTaskComplete the selected task:

oThis control allows the user to complete a selected task.

 

· CancelTasksCancel Uncompleted tasks:

oThis control allows the user to cancel a selected task.

Minus18Client Info

oThis feature allows the user to view the client's basic information without having to access the client file.

oThese field are called hot fields and can't be changed though the information contained in the field can be copied to the PC's clipboard to paste elsewhere.

oClient records can be flagged in order to mark the client record for a specific purpose.

Minus18The following features can be found on the Client Info browse:

·Edit Note:

oThis control allows the user to access the note text box in order to make changes to the client note, this is also the general note of the client.  

 

oThe following characters can be included in the body of the note in order to change the color of the PDA number field on the client browse, this allows the user to mark the client file for a specific purpose:

 

o  $:        Red

o @:        Blue

o %:        Green

o #:        Yellow

o &:        Maroon

o *:        Aqua

o ~:        Orange

o ^:        Navy

 

Minus18Obligations

oThis browse allows the user to view a selected client's obligation without accessing the client.

oThe date fields can also be changed by the user.

 

TaskObligation

This is an example of the Obligation browse

 

 

Minus18Additional Security

oThis toolbar allows the user to set up the security settings for feature or windows in Simplicity by clicking on the icon or feature that you want access granted or access denied.

oThis will allow certain users to have access to certain features on the (*Subject*) browse.
