·This drop down list allows the user to insert new and additional users to the program.

·The user can also change their passwords from this list.

·Additional security can also be set for different features per user, this allows the user to set the limits a certain user has.

oThis option allows users to access and update their own information.

oThis option is available because  the users window is disabled for all operators.

oWhen a user forgets their password a new password can be created for them.

oAny user can change their password.

oFirst users are created for a superuser after a successful installation.

oOnce the first user has logged into Simplicity, more users can be added.

oThese additional users allow other employees to log in to Simplicity with their own Username and Password.

oWhen a new user is created the password is the same as the Username, the password of the current user can be changed once the user has logged in.

oWhen changes are made to certain features the Audit trail control will use the Username that has logged into Simplicity to identify the person that made the changes.

oFor a company with multiple employees working on the system it is advised that additional users are created.

oUser groups can also be added, but this will be discussed in the Security Section in the Help.

o superuser user can reset the password of other users.

·Login Name:

oThis field allows the user to insert the user's Login name to log into Simplicity.

 

·First Name:

oThis field allows the user to insert the new user's name.

 

·Surname:

oThis field allows the user to insert the new user's surname.

 

·ID Number:

oThis field allows the user to insert the new user's ID number.

 

·Email:

oThis field allows the user to insert the new user's email.

 

·Contact Number:

oThis field allows the user to insert the new user's contact number.

 

·Manager:

oThis drop down list allows the user to select the manager.

 

·Department:

oThis drop down list allows the user to select the department.

 

·Receive Weight:

oThis  allows the user to insert a weight for the user.

 

·Level:

oThis option allows the user to select the type of access the new user may have.

 

osuperuser: The superuser option allows the user to have full access to the program and make any changes.

oOperator: Users can be assigned to groups that have access to specific features which is determined and set up by superuser users.

oNo Access:The option will remove the users access to Simplicity.

 

Minus18DC/Consultant Detail:

·The DC consultants browse allows the user to insert new Debt Counsellor or consultants into the database.

·The consultant's NCR number and signature can be inserted where applicable which will cause Simplicity to treat this consultant as a DC and all the client's debt counsel reports will display the consultant's NCR number and signature.

·Consultants can be linked to a branch and log in user which will affect which clients the consultant can view when using the "Per Branch" Filter on the Client Browse (if security is set).

Minus18The following fields can be found in the Consultants browse:

·Consultant:

oThis field allows the user to insert the consultant's name.

 

·NCR Number:

oThis field allows the user to insert an NCR number for the consultant.

oThe Consultant's Name, NCR Number, email address and signature will be displayed on the debt counsel reports for any consultant that contains an NCR number.

 

·Login Branch: 

oThis field allows the user to insert the branch under which the consultant operates.

 

·Login Name:

oThis field allows the user to select a Simplicity Login User Name for the Consultant.

§When the selected login user logs into Simplicity, that user will operate under this Consultant and the associated Login Branch

 

·Email:

oThis field allows the user to insert an email address for the consultant.

oThis Email address will be displayed on the debt counsel reports for any consultant that contains an NCR number.

 

·Basic salary:

oThis field allows the user to insert a basic salary figure for this Consultant.

 

·Commission:

oThis section allows the user to insert a Commission figure for this Consultant.

 

·Aftercare Fee:

o This section allows the user to insert a commission figure based on the client's aftercare fee payments.

 

·Flat Fee:

oAllows the user to insert a flat fee figure per aftercare fee payment.

 

·Percentage:

oAllows the user to insert a percentage figure which will assign a percentage of each aftercare payment to the consultant.

 

·Restructure Fee:

oThis section allows the user to insert a commission figure based on the client's Restructure fee payments.

 

·Flat Fee:

oAllows the user to insert a figure which will assign a fixed amount to the consultant for each Restructure payment.

 

·Percentage:

oAllows the user to insert a percentage figure which will assign a percentage of each Restructure payment to the consultant.

·Type:

oAllows the user to select criteria to which the commission should apply

 

·All Periods:

oThe commission settings apply to all periods on the client's plan

 

·First Period Only:

oThe Commission settings will apply to the first period of the client's plan only

 

·First Successful Period Only:

oThe Commission settings will apply to the first successful (Paid) period of the client's plan.

 

·Signature:

oThis control allows the user to insert the Consultant's signature into the database.

oThe signature is inserted as a picture which is selected from a file located on the local PC.

oThis Signature will be displayed on the debt counsel reports for any consultant that contains an NCR number

o Insert each user's SIP account details in the Softphone tab found in Security - Users - User Form.

oThe provider the company uses will provide the user details. for example: User101

 

·Extension:

oThe provider the company uses will provide the extension. for example: 101

 

·Domain:

oThe provider the company uses will provide the domain. for example: example.sip.com

 

·Password:

oThe provider the company uses will provide the password.

 

·Codecs:

oThe provider the company uses will provide the Codecs. for example: GSM/8000/1,SPEEX/8000/1,G722/16000/1

 

·Ring Tone 1/2:

oThe ring-tones are default, but the user can insert their own ring-tones. : C:\Windows\Media\ringout.wav

 

oWaiting Tone:

oThe ring-tones are default, but the user can insert their own ring-tones. : C:\Windows\Media\ringout.wav

 

·SIP Protocol:

oThe SIP Port is also default inserted by the program but the user can choose between TCP or UDP.

 

·SIP Port:

oThe SIP Port is also default inserted by the program.

 

·Disable Auto Focus:

oThis check box will disable the auto focus of the softphone.

 

·Auto Record Conversations:

oThis check box will record incoming and outgoing call conversations.

 

·Enable Softphone:

oThis check box will make it possible for the softphone to work.

oUser groups are added to add security to a large group of users.

oThis allows the user to give certain access to a user.

oThe user can select the groups the user belongs to and have access to.

oUser groups are added for operators, superusers already have access to every feature in the program.

oAllows the user to select which graphs can be viewed by specific security groups (User Groups).

oWhen the user is on a certain feature in Simplicity there can be security set for this certain feature.

oBy pressing Ctrl and F8 together this will open the Set security Access browse.

oSecurity can be add for any feature in Simplicity for any user group that was added.

Minus18Activate and Deactivate Security

oThe user can activate and set security for different features in Simplicity.

· ActivateActivate Security:

oThis control allows the user to activate the security feature which will allow the user to click on the toggle switch Toggle  and activate or deactivate the security for a current window.

· Toggle Activate/Deactivate Security:

o This switch allows the user to activate or deactivate the security for the current window.

§ GreenSecAccess Granted:

oThe Green informs the user that access is granted for this particular icon or feature.

§ OrangeSecAccess Denied:

oThe Orange informs the user that access is denied for this particular icon or feature.

 

· SecListActivate/Deactivate Security:

o This switch allows the user to Exit or Cancel the security for the current window or Dent Access for the current window.

oWhen the Access is denied for the window the window will turn black.

· DeactivateDeactivate Security:

oThis control allows the user to deactivate the security feature for the particular window and will exit the security.
