·Simplicity's communications and documentation have been updated to a new workflow module.
·This module includes many new features as well as updates to the existing communication and reporting features in Simplicity.
·An integrated email server has been included in the module which allows various communication types (such as SMS and email) to be sent directly from the Simplicity program.
·Incoming communication is currently under construction which will allow the Simplicity program to respond to incoming communication such as emails.
·The Reporting has been updated, features such as the E-sign and form 16 have been updated to incorporate the document merge feature of Simplicity.
·No further development will be done on the previous communications features.
