The client was demoted from a client to a lead, to fix this you must go to the lead browse and search for the client and promote the lead to a client.

The client is inactive, to find this you can use the Main filter and select the inactive status.

The client is terminated, to fix this you can use the Main filter and select the terminated status.

The Main or Sub filter can be on the wrong status regarding the clients status, make sure that the correct status is displayed in the filters.
