·The file drop down list allows the user to set up their printer details.

·The user can also access the backup browse from this list in order to make a backup.

·The version history can also be viewed from this list to see any changes that was added to all the version and what changes are in the newest version.

·The merge document browse in the master data list can also be accessed from this list, to add any new document type.

Minus18 Printer Setup

oThis window allows the user to set up the printer details to print the reports in Simplicity.

The following is an example of the printer setup window

Minus18 The following fields can be found on the printer set up window:

·Name:

oThis list allows the user to select the name of the printer that is installed.

·Status:

oThe status shows the user if the printer is active and ready to use.

·Type:

oThe type shows the user what kind of printer is going to be used.

·Size:

oThis drop down list allows the user to select the paper size that is going to print.

·Source:

oThis list allows the user to select the source of the printer if the printer can select the paper size automatically.

·Portrait:

oThis option allows the user to print the selected document in portrait, portrait is a mode in which the printer puts content across the shorter length of the of paper.

·Landscape:

oThis option allows the user to print the selected document in landscape, landscape refers to a mode in which content is printed for reading on the longer length of the sheet of paper
