oAllows the user to insert a record which will insert a custom email body for a specific report, such as the Form 17.1 or Form 17.2, when sending emails to creditors or clients directly from Simplicity.

The following features can be found on the call CRM template form:

·Rich Text Editor: oAllows the user to make any formatting changes to the communication.

oAllows the user to insert a specific database field into the body of the communication as a merge field. |
