oThe email template is a pre-formatted record that allows the user to add data fields to set up a custom E-Sign record in Simplicity.
oThe email template also contains merge fields that can be inserted to incorporate a client's data that is saved in the Simplicity database.

The following features can be found on the email form:

·Description: oAllows the user to insert a name for the email template.
oAllows the user to make any formatting changes to the email script.
