A solve cannot be found according to the task team rules, the following can be done in order to get a solve: - Make sure all COB data is correctly captured, including the following: - Dates (COB, Inception, and Expiry) - Account types (UT, UF, SPV etc) Original balances and instalments Use the "Search for a Solve" feature in order to find a Task Team Rules solve or generate a pro rata distribution of funds. Make sure you get the correct balance from the creditor (updated COB). Insert a final instalment Balance update, save and go to the payment plan. Insert the figure to pay the creditor, insert a higher amount than the outstanding balance, the program will display the highest amount available. Make sure the planned collection is high enough to support the instalment you wish to insert. |

The fees are too large, or the insurance is taking the most of the affordability... -The fee figure is large -The Priority payments are taking a large portion of the distribution amount, decreasing the amount available for fees -If the legal fees are the taking too long to pay off, inserting a "Reduced instalment after period 3" figure can help reduce the interim period |

It doesn't affect the proposal just the plan. - change to - A fee adjustment doesn't affect the proposal, it only affects the plan. |
