oThis form allows the user to set the default values for client Legal fees such as default fee amounts and the default fee creditor.
This is an example of the Fee Master form.
Below is a list of fields available on the Legal Fee Master Form:

·Reference: oThis field displays the default reference that is used for a client's Legal fee record.
·Description: oThis fields allows the user to insert/edit the description used for the legal fees record on the Fee Master Table browse only.
·Creditor: oThis field allows the user to select the default creditor to which the PDA must make legal fee payments.
·Default Amount Joint Application: oThis is the fee that will be used for a client on a joint application. oThis amount will only be activated once the check-box (Use Default Amount) is ticked in the Fee form.
·Default Amount Single Application: oThis is the fee amount that will be used for a client on a single application. oThis amount will only be used for clients that have the check-box (Use Default Amount) ticked in the Fee form.
·Use Legal Fees Rates: oOnce this check-box is checked, the Legal Fee Rates tab will be activated and the figures inserted in that browse will be used
·Disable PDA Collection: oOnce this box is checked, the "Hold (Stop PDA Collection)" check-boxes for the Legal fees of all future added clients will be automatically checked. |
