oThe call template is a pre-set script that is created to set up a custom communication CRM record in Simplicity.

oThe call template also contains merge fields that can be inserted to incorporate a client's data that is saved in the Simplicity database.

oAllows the user to insert a name for the call template.

oAllows the user to make any formatting changes to the call script.

oAllows the user to insert a specific database field into the body of the call script as a merge field.
