·Per Client:

oThis check box allows the user to make the report per client.

 

·From:

oThis field allows the user to select a period from when the escalations started.

 

·To:

oThis field allows the user to select a period from when the escalations ended.

 

·Preview:

oThis check box allows the user to display a preview of the annual escalations report.
